Bill Brady Speaks on Gun Control to a Downstate Audience
When I was running for governor as a Libertarian, I visited two monthly meetings, the second time outlining my “Personal Protection Plan.”

Brady’s talk covered all the political bases, but before this audience, he emphasized his pro-Second Amendment positions. He is for a right to carry system, and he said he would consider his term as Governor a failure if he did not get such a system passed. He also came out for eliminating the FOID, and using the driver’s license instead. He added that transportation laws should be equalized, so that legal gun owners can travel around the state without fear of breaking some local law.
