Rod Blagojevich State of State Speech Follows Telly Tubbies - The Judy Topinka Press Release
SPRINGFIELD, IL - State Treasurer and GOP candidate for Governor Judy Baar Topinka issued the following statement in response to Gov. Rod Blagojevich's State of the State Address today:

Rod Blagojevich can spin, but he can't hide. He's living in La La Land.
Illinois is losing jobs, raising college tuition by double digits and the state just received a D+ on education funding. That's the real state of the state.
The Blagojevich legacy is broken promises, pension raids, massive debt and constant scandals. We need to make sure this State of the State speech is his last.
