Vulcan Lakes - 7
The seventh page explains the review and selection process.
It starts with a pre-submission city hall meeting on Tuesday, June 6th at 1 PM. A site visit will follow.
Staff and "all other involved selectio parties" will conduct an initial review. The result will be "a select number of teams may be forwarded to a second level of review."
The second review will involve an oral presentation with city staff and "other members of the selection party."
Then, "a recommendation will be presented to the City Council for their final consideration." Graphics are suggested.
Finally, the Developer of Record will be selected and given six months to "negotiate a development agreement with the City of Crystal Lake for the development of Vulcan Lakes Center."
