Gay Games - Count The People

There has been something of a controversy about how many people attended the Gay Games Regatta in Crystal Lake. I helped start that by printing an article that quoted Beach Manager Chris Collins as saying that 4,000 people had seen the games. It turns out that 4,000 people were are the Main Beach Park.

Now, I would think that all at the park at least glanced at the rowers, but with the Left Stream media saying that so few people are viewing most of the other venues, and my neighbors saying that less saw less than 200 who seemed to be paying attention to the rowers, I thought some might want to count for themselves.

I took a series of photos about 3:30 Sunday afternoon from the fence west.

So, click on each photograph to enlarge them and let me know in the comment section how many people you see.

Oh, yes. Please tell me how many children you see.
