NOW!!! is the time. Shortly, you will receive from your local township assessor a post card or letter advising you of your 2011 real estate tax assessment. BELIEVE IT OR NOT, in many cases the value of your property has been increased! In other cases, you will receive a 1 or 2% drop in value even though most properties have dropped 10-15% in the past year, and over 30% in the past 3 years. |
