Diabetes Kidneymobile Coming to Crystal Lake
As you can see from the flyer below, the Kidneymobile will be coming to Crystal Lake on Friday, September 6h.
It will be located at First Institute, which is at the corner of McHenry Avenue and Golf Course.
Diabetes testing will be offered.
